| Moshe Milevsky, Ph.D., Schulich School of Business, York University
Moshe A. Milevsky, Ph.D. is a tenured finance professor at the Schulich School of Business and a member of the graduate faculty in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at York University in Toronto (Canada).
Prof. Milevsky has lectured and given seminars at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, the London School of Economics (UK), University of New South Whales (Australia), ORT University in Montevideo (Uruguay), University of Cyprus, University of Leuven (Belgium), and Goethe University (Germany).
Prof. Milevsky has consulted for global insurance companies, banks, fund companies, state pension plans, government regulators and has served as an expert witness in a number of legal cases. In 2005 he founded a software company called the QWeMA Group, which licenses intellectual property and algorithms used in web-based retirement calculators. A number of Fortune 500 companies are now clients of the QWeMA Group.
Prof. Milevsky has written ten books, over 60 peer-reviewed white papers, and more than 200 popular magazine and newspaper articles on all aspects of personal finance.
He is a 2002 Fellow of the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Sciences. He received two National Magazine (Canada) awards in 2003 for his popular writing and received a Graham and Dodd scroll award from the CFA Institute for a 2006 article in the Financial Analysts Journal. In 2008 he was honored with a lifetime achievement award, by the Retirement Income Industry Association. In 2009 he was selected as an MDRT Main Platform speaker.
His most recent book, The 7 Most Important Equations for Your Retirement: The Fascinating People and Ideas Behind Planning Your Retirement Income was published by John Wiley & Sons in Spring 2012.
Prof. Milevsky currently lives in Toronto; he grew-up in Baltimore, New York, Mexico City and Jerusalem. He is married with 4 daughters.

Her work in the American Economic Review identifying the influence of mood on investor cycles of fear and greed has been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, US News and World Reports, The Washington Post, The Daily Telegraph, Business Week, SmartMoney Magazine, The National Post, The Globe and Mail, CBC Television, and CBC Radio.
An expert on behavioural finance, with interests in neuroeconomics/neurofinance, investments, capital market seasonality, and personal finance, Dr. Kramer captivates audiences with her real-time demonstrations of behavioural biases.
Professor Kramer received her Ph.D. in finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. She holds the Canadian Securities Institute Research Foundation Term Professorship at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. She recently spent a sabbatical as a Visiting Scholar in the Psychology Department at Stanford University where she conducted groundbreaking research on behavioural finance and neuroeconomics.
Some of her best-known and most provocative research is based on identifying instances where investors' psychological tendencies lead to widespread movements in financial markets.
